PURCHASE PROCESS
SIGNING CONTRACT
The contract includes terms of payment, shipping terms, warranty, and technical descriptions of the cabins.
PAYMENT
  • 10% due at signing of the Agreement
  • 50% after the order is finalised
  • 30% - when cabin finishing beeng installed
  • 10% - before shipping
MANUFACTURING
Lead time varies from 8 to 12 weeks depending on factory workload.
SHIPPING
Standard installation requires clear vehicular access to the building site.
INSTALLATION
Installation takes from 3 hours up to one day depending on weather conditions and access to the site.
WARRANTY
Brette Haus warranty is 2 years for all elements. The lifespan of timber houses is 50+ years if treated with care.
